Summary
The Western Bank Heist at Escape the Room in Scottsdale, AZ was our first bad experience doing escape rooms. It all began with the rude staff. It was evident that did not care and wanted to get out of there as soon as the could. The room itself was designed nicely. You really felt like you were in an old western bank. The trouble was finding something for everyone to do. Stuck with a group of strangers 12 deep, the room was not able to keep all players engaged throughout the experience. Finally at the end, the staff gave unclear instructions on how the game would end. With all of that said, the Western Bank Heist is an average room for beginners. If you really are looking to enjoy the experience, either book the entire room or make sure that you have less than 12 players.
